Office Lobby Closed to Public

Due to the most up-to-date COVID-19 public health order restrictions and increasing number of positive-testing individuals in our area, RCEC has once again closed our doors to the public.  Members have several options to pay their bills including our drop box adjacent to our front office entrance, online or over the phone.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  RCEC is doing our part to help keep our employees, members and our community as safe as possible.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
