AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT: RCEC offers to its members the ability to use its automated bank draft and credit card payment program. These programs can save you time and the hassle of writing and mailing checks out on time. It also saves you the cost of a stamp and possibly late fees. If you travel often, automatic bank draft and credit card payments offers the comfort of knowing your account is paid on time....no matter where you are.
Once you sign up for automatic bank draft and/or credit card payments, you will continue to receive a monthly billing statement and you can expect your funds to be automatically drafted from your designated checking or savings account or designated credit card and applied towards your electric account. ONLINE PAYMENTS: Register your account at our website http://www.rcec.coop/ for our convenient online bill pay. Make sure all your contact information is up-to-date as you will need this to set up your account. SmartHub is coming soon! Go to rcec.coop/smarthub June 10, 2024 to register your account. You will need an email address so we can send you notifications and alerts. You will also need your account number which you can find on your electric bill or give us a call at 575-356-4491 and we'll be happy to assist you. All recurring credit cards that are currently set up on your account will not transfer over to our new billing system, you will have to register through SmartHub and set up your account for a recurring credit card payment.
