AVOID PENALTIES AND DISCONNECTION

RCEC will begin charging a service fee of $62.50 to hand deliver delinquent notice letters beginning the month of July 2023.  Delinquent notice letters are hand delivered to the address on file when an account has not been paid for 38 days and after several attempts to contact the member by phone have failed.  If you miss RCEC's payment reminder call or will have a late payment, please call the office to make payment arrangements to avoid disconnection and extra fees.  To update your contact information call 575-356-4491
